Unown
Unown rarely appears in the wild. It usually shows up during special Pokemon events or as a reward in certain raids. Even during these times, its spawn rate is low. Collecting all forms of Unown is a difficult challenge. Some players spend months or even years trying to get all of them.
Axew
Axew doesn’t appear often in the wild. It’s mainly found in 10 km Pokemon eggs, but even there, it’s one of the rarer Pokémon. Axew has occasionally appeared during special events, but outside of these, it remains very hard to find.
Gible
Gible usually hatches from 10 km eggs. It can also appear during special events or as a reward in raids, but it still doesn’t spawn in the wild very often.
Tropius
Tropius is a regional Pokémon, which makes it rare for most players. It is only available in certain parts of Africa and nearby areas. Because of its regional exclusivity, players outside of these areas must either travel or trade to obtain it. Tropius sometimes appears during special events, but outside of these, it’s almost impossible to find unless you live in its native region.
Mr. Mime
Mr. Mime is another regional Pokémon, and it’s only available in Europe. This makes it rare for players in other parts of the world. To get Mr. Mime, many players have to rely on trades with European players.
Uzelf, Mesprit, and Azelf
These three legendary Pokémon are part of the Lake Trio. Each of them is available in different regions of the world. Uzelf appears in the Americas, Mesprit in Europe, and Azelf in Asia-Pacific. These Pokémon don’t spawn in the wild often. They are usually only available through raids or as research rewards during certain events. Players who don’t live in their respective regions must rely on long-distance raids or trading to get them.
Pancham
Pancham is another rare Pokémon in Pokémon Go. It is a Fighting-type Pokémon that evolves into Pangoro. Pancham can only be obtained by hatching a 12 km egg, which already makes it harder to get. The fact that it’s not a common hatch from these eggs adds to its rarity. While it has appeared in certain events and raid battles, it’s still a challenge to find outside of these times.
Sandile
Available through 12 km eggs. Even then, it’s not a common hatch. Sandile evolves into Krookodile, a powerful Ground and Dark-type Pokémon, which makes it a valuable catch. However, the difficulty in obtaining Sandile means that very few players have it in their collection.
